Meet the Team - Jo Woolmington
Earlier this year we were awarded the most prestigious Q Power award in the Audi network: Audi Centre of the Year 2020. This was a great achievement and clearly highlighted the hard work and devotion of everyone in the team. Over the next few months, we are going to introduce some of the faces of Yeovil Audi.
Tell us about your role?
I am responsible for contacting customers when work such as MOT or servicing is due on their vehicle. I am the first point of contact for our customers to book their Audi into the workshop.
What drew you to the role at Yeovil Audi?
I worked as a showroom host for 18 months, having been attracted to Yeovil Audi because of the desirability of the brand and good reputation the company has. When this role came up I decided to apply as it was a progression in my career whilst still working within the professional environment.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Speaking with our customers and booking their vehicles into the workshop. Ensuring that they are made aware when any work is needed so their Audi continues to run at is best. I enjoy the daily contact talking to our customers and making sure their booking process goes as smoothly.
