She began her career with three years on reception, where she was the first point of contact for customers. She then moved into the Service department for another three years, taking on a more challenging role before transitioning into Sales Administration, where she has now been for three years.

What Does a Sales Administrator Do at Yeovil Audi?

As a Sales Administrator at Yeovil Audi, Faye is responsible for managing the administration behind all new and used Audi vehicles. This includes ordering new Audi models directly from the factory and processing used vehicles onto the system once they have been purchased by the management team.

She also prepares vehicle invoices, sets up important products such as APEX insurance, SMART insurance and warranties, and ensures that all documentation is correct and ready ahead of customer handover. By working closely with the Sales team, Faye helps ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience when collecting their Audi from Yeovil Audi.

Organisation is one of the most important skills in Faye’s role. With multiple vehicles, orders and deadlines to manage at any one time, it is essential to know what is happening and when. Before joining Yeovil Audi, Faye spent 30 years working in her family-run coffee shop, where she managed the kitchen and baked cakes. Moving into the automotive industry was a big change.  Thanks to the training, patience and belief shown by the Yeovil Audi team, she quickly developed new skills and built a successful career within the business. Her story reflects Yeovil Audi’s commitment to supporting people from all backgrounds.

If Faye could choose any Audi to drive for a week, her pick would be the Audi TT or the Audi A5. She loves the sleek, sporty design of both models and is particularly drawn to their elegant shape and styling.

Life Outside Work at Yeovil Audi

Outside of work, Faye still enjoys baking cakes for family celebrations, particularly birthdays. She also loves reading, going to the theatre and enjoying weekend breaks away with family and friends.

Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
