Meet the Team - Dawn - Audi Certified Sales Administrator
Having joined Yeovil Audi back in 2004, Dawn has become an integral part of the Sales Administration team, the engine room that keeps the showroom running smoothly behind the scenes.
Two Decades of Expertise
Every day is fast-paced and varied. From managing sold orders, setting up customer accounts, and preparing vehicles for handover, to ordering new cars and handling finance documentation, Dawn’s attention to detail ensures that every transaction runs like clockwork. “We make sure everything matches, from finance documents to invoices,” she says. “It’s all about precision, communication, and teamwork.”
A Reliable Team Player
Having been part of the Audi family for over 20 years, Dawn is the definition of consistency and reliability. “People know they can rely on me to do my job and that’s important to me,” she says. “I like knowing that my team trusts me to get things done.”
Despite the busy workload, Dawn speaks highly of the supportive atmosphere at Yeovil Audi. “We’ve always had a great team here,” she adds. “Everyone looks after one another. When new starters join, they’re welcomed straight away, it’s a really nice place to work.”
Life Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Dawn’s schedule is just as full. She’s chair of her children’s school PTA, helping to organise events and run meetings, and she also enjoys playing tennis. This year, she’s taking to the stage as part of her village pantomime! “I like to keep busy,” she laughs. “There’s never a dull moment!”

When asked which Audi she’d love to drive for a week, Dawn doesn’t hesitate: “The Audi TT. It’s sporty, stylish, and a bit of fun, just perfect for a weekend!”
