Double success as Yeovil Audi is awarded Audi Centre of the Year for second year running

We are thrilled to have once again been recognised as ‘Audi Centre of the Year.’

Steve Catlin, Head of Sales for Audi UK, presented the team with the 2021 award on Wednesday 6th April, 12 months after we received the 2020 accolade. The annual award is presented to the Audi Centre which has achieved a consistently high performance across both the sales and aftersales departments. The areas evaluated include customer satisfaction and loyalty, sales achievement versus competitor brands, quality of service and repair work, and staff accreditation levels. 

Dylan Fennell, Head of Business, said: “Receiving this award for 2020 was a real highlight, so to win it again for 2021 is absolutely fantastic. Like many, we’ve faced plenty of challenges over the past two years, but the team has performed incredibly, with a single-minded focus on always putting our customers first. I am delighted Audi UK has again recognised this team effort for 2021.

“Naturally we can only achieve this success with the support of our customers, for whose custom we are tremendously grateful.”

Gail Ninnim, Managing Director, added: “To be named Audi Centre of the Year again is a testament to Dylan and his team’s hard work and dedication. Seeing off competition from over 100 Audi Centres across the UK is no mean feat, so to do it twice in a row is a brilliant achievement.”

We will look to build further on this success throughout 2022, with our customers at the heart of everything we do. At the end of the agreement there are three options: i) retain the vehicle: pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle; ii) return the vehicle; or iii) replace: part exchange the vehicle, finance subject to status.
