Terms and Conditions - Yeovil Audi Voucher.

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms of Use") set out the terms and conditions regarding the use of the Yeovil Audi Voucher option with its affiliated partner The Clockspire. These Terms of Use are entered into between you and Ocean Automotive Limited trading as Yeovil Audi (company no. 1034327) whose registered office is 582-602 Ringwood Road, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4LY. The voucher offer is the property and operated by WSH and JC Restaurants Limited trading as The Clockspire (company no. 08524322) whose registered office is 300 Thames Valley Park Drive, Reading, United Kingdom, RG6 1PT.

- The Yeovil Audi voucher option is available from the 1st of April 2024 to customers of Yeovil Audi who either purchase a new car or place an order for a new car with Yeovil Audi for delivery by the 30th June 2024.

- The voucher option available is a Dinner and Drinks voucher for 2 covers at The Clockspire, with a redeemable value of £150.00.

- All reservations are made via either The Clockspire website, host@theclockspire.com or 01963 251458.

- The voucher is valid until the 31st December 2024.

- The voucher cannot be used on any bank holidays. Your voucher must be redeemed outside these days.

- Any additional costs which you incur during your dinner reservation which are over and above the £150.00 voucher will be billed directly to you when at The Clockspire. 

- The vouchers can only be used for one single transaction.

- All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

- Yeovil Audi have no direct involvement or are formally associated in any way with the offer from The Clockspire. Yeovil Audi is not responsible for the availability of bookings or will get involved in the making of any bookings.

- Only one Yeovil Audi voucher per vehicle ordered will be distributed. In the case of loss or damage, no replacement will be made.

- No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage to the voucher.

- No cash alternative is offered and no cash value is attributed. The offer is not transferable.

- All reservations are subject to availability and both Yeovil Audi and/or The Clockspire reserve the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time without giving notice.

- Utilising this offer will be deemed as acceptance and to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.

Automotive Compliance Ltd’s permissions as a Principal Firm allows Ocean Automotive Limited to act as a credit broker, not as a lender, for the introduction to a limited number of lenders and to act as an agent on behalf of the insurer for insurance distribution activities only.

We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes Volkswagen Financial Services. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to Volkswagen Financial Services who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to be make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and Volkswagen Financial Services also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.

At the end of the agreement there are three options: i) retain the vehicle: pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle; ii) return the vehicle; or iii) replace: part exchange the vehicle, finance subject to status. Available when purchased on Solutions Personal Contract Plan. Deposit contribution is available when purchased on Solutions Personal Contract Plan. Retail Sales only. +Subject to agreed annual mileage. Excess mileage apply. Offer available for vehicles ordered between 3rd January and 31st March 2024. Further charges may be payable if vehicle is returned. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Available to 18's and over. General Finance Terms and Conditions. Please note you will not own the vehicle outright until all payments are made. If you default on your finance payments, then the vehicle may be repossessed by the finance provider. You must be 18 years or older to apply for finance.
