Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

- All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only.

- All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale, unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. If you need to extend your voucher this can be done for a one-off additional 6-month period, charged at our standard extension fee of £20.00. To extend, please call us on 01963 251458 with your voucher number to hand. Please note: We can only carry out a voucher extension before the voucher’s expiry date.

- All vouchers must be booked in advance.

- Vouchers cannot be used on certain holidays such as Christmas Day or New Year's Day or certain promotional days such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. Please ask when booking.

- Vouchers used on set menus available during promotional periods such as the festive season (November and December) will be subject to a supplement, payable on the day. Please ask when booking.

- Vouchers for experiences (set menus, masterclasses etc) cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or government incentive, including the Government Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Monetary vouchers can be accepted as cash payment alongside the EOTHO scheme, provided the total bill is less than the value of the gift voucher.

- Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the restaurant’s home page to make your reservation. Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.

- Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smartphone) at the relevant restaurant and must be mentioned when booking.

- Vouchers purchased for experiences can be exchanged for the experience detailed on the voucher or for goods and services up to the value of that experience.

- Vouchers for masterclasses are only valid with a booking and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.

- Vouchers can be used as full payment on goods and services at The Clockspire Restaurant in the UK. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash - vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

- Experience vouchers, where applicable, include a cover charge, however any items ordered in addition to the experience e.g drinks or side dishes, are not included and will be payable on the day. A 15% discretionary service charge will also be applied to your experience or meal on the day.

- Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.

- Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full. Where vouchers are dispatched by email, risk will pass to the customer when the email is sent, and title will pass upon receipt of payment in full.

- The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

- For website or technical queries regarding your purchase, shopping cart or receiving the vouchers via email/post please contact 01963 251458 or email host@theclockspire.com - please note this is technical assistance only, you cannot make a booking via these details. If you have opted to receive your voucher via email, please check your junk folder if you do not receive an email notification.

- For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from the Clockspire website (www.theclockspire.com) and include monetary vouchers, experience meal vouchers and experience day vouchers.

- Experience vouchers do not include drinks, wine pairings, additional dishes or 10% service charge, unless otherwise stated. Additional extras/items will be payable on the day.

BOOKINGS
- To book your Clockspire voucher or experience, please contact the restaurant directly via phone, or make your booking online noting your individual voucher code. Please ensure you bring your voucher with you, printed or via your smartphone, to present to the restaurant teams on the day.

- Online bookings can be made here via our website, however, if you would like to speak to someone regarding your booking, please contact us on 01963 251458

- If you have a masterclass voucher (e.g cocktail or culinary masterclass experiences), please contact our dedicated Experiences team on 01963 251458 to confirm your booking with your voucher code.

- If you have a query about masterclass formats, class availability and future dates, please also call 01963 251458 or email host@theclockspire.com

REFUND POLICY
- Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven (7) days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.

- To request a refund, please call 01963 251458 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to The Clockspire restaurant, Gainsborough, Milborne Port, DT9 5BA.

- The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Guest cancellations of meal experiences and monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee.  Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.

- Experience vouchers cancelled by customers less than 4 weeks before a booked experience day shall be forfeited with no right to refund or exchange.

- In the unlikely event a booked experience day is cancelled by the company the experience voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavour to rebook the experience day at a mutually convenient time within the next 12 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the experience voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at The Clockspire (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).

- The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and experience day vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanged for goods and services shall be forfeited.

An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice and we act as their agent for this introduction. Our approach is to introduce you first to Volkswagen Financial Services who are usually able to offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions. If they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we then seek to introduce you to whichever of the other lenders on our panel is able to be make the next best offer of finance for you. Our aim is to secure the best deal you are eligible for from our panel of lenders. Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and Volkswagen Financial Services also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.

At the end of the agreement there are three options: i) retain the vehicle: pay the optional final payment to own the vehicle; ii) return the vehicle; or iii) replace: part exchange the vehicle, finance subject to status. Available when purchased on Solutions Personal Contract Plan. Deposit contribution is available when purchased on Solutions Personal Contract Plan. General Finance Terms and Conditions. Please note you will not own the vehicle outright until all payments are made. If you default on your finance payments, then the vehicle may be repossessed by the finance provider. You must be 18 years or older to apply for finance.
